I've always been an educator--my first career was in music as a singer, choir conductor, and professor at Mills College in Oakland, CA.
While I was a working musician and my son was still a baby, my mom became frail in her late 80s. In the course of a few short years as her need for care escalated, she spent down her entire life savings. Our family didn't know about long-term care insurance at that time.
Since then, I purchased a long-term care insurance policy for myself, and subsequently changed my career to work in this field of helping you plan for the future. While I am still an educator at heart, I have now made it my mission to help other families avoid the devastating financial and emotional consequences of not having a long-term care plan in place.

If I help you design a suitable long-term care insurance, life insurance, and/or Medicare plan which you then are approved for and which you ultimately purchase, I will be paid a commission by the company with which you choose to get coverage.
Not every conversation with me will result in a purchase of insurance. We will discuss your circumstances and the various insurance plans available to you, if any, and you will decide how to proceed.
